Beautiful village situated on the north side of the Sierra de los Filabres, on excellent irrigated land of vines and orange trees.

Its houses are distributed down a hillside, on streets that are sloped, well-looked after and with whitewashed walls. The castle stands over the group of houses and the church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción is in the village.
