    LA VICTORIA CHURCH (IGLESIA DE LA VICTORIA).  
  • ST. JAMES’ CHURCH (IGLESIA DE SANTIAGO).
  • MUNICIPAL CHAPTER HOUSE (CABILDO MUNICIPAL). Built in 1575, it combines Jerez’s characteristic Mudejar style with plateresque.
  • OUR LADY’S BASILICA (BASÍLICA NUESTRA SEÑORA DE LA MERCED). Built in the 16th century. Inside is a magnificent 17th-century altarpiece, the highlight of which is the image of La Virgen de la Merced with a black face, a 14th-century Gothic carving encased in a silver frame . In one of the side chapels is the tomb of Miguel Primo de Ribera.
  • ST. LUKE’S CHURCH (IGLESIA DE SAN LUCAS DE LOS CABALLEROS).
  • DOMEQC PALACE (PALACIO DOMEQC).  
  • ST. DOMINGO’S CHURCH-CONVENT (IGLESIA-CONVENTO DE SANTO DOMINGO). Built in the 14th century, this was one of the first religious structures erected by the town’s Christian conquerors. The highlight of the convent is its beautiful Gothic cloister.
  • OUR LADY’S BASILICA (BASÍLICA DE NUESTRA SEÑORA DEL CARMEN).
  • ST. DIONYSIUS’ CHURCH (IGLESIA DE SAN DIONISIO). 15th-century Mudejar building, erected in honour of St. Dionysus, Patron Saint of Jerez. Highlights inside are its tall pillars decorated with large Almohade bows, which divide the church into three naves, culminating in apses adorned with 18th-century baroque reredoses.
  • PEMARTIN PALACE (PALACIO DE PEMARTÍN). Built in the 18th century.
  • ST. FRANCIS’ CHURCH (IGLESIA DE SAN FRANCISCO) . Originally a part of  St. Francis’ Convent, which is no longer in existence. Doña Blanca, wife of Peter I, known as “the Cruel”, was buried here. Rebuilt in the 18th century.  
  • EL ARROYO GATE (PUERTA DEL ARROYO).
  • FORTRESS-MOSQUE (ALCÁZAR-MEZQUITA). The fortress (alcázar) was built during the Almohade period (13th century), and was home to the town’s Moslem governors until 1264, when Jerez was captured by Alfonso X’s troops. Inside the fortress is a small mosque (mezquita), which was transformed into a Christian church on Alfonso X’s orders.
  • ST. MARK’S CHURCH (IGLESIA DE SAN MARCOS). Mudejar style, 15th century. Inside, the highlight is the huge altarpiece, which features magnificent 16th-century panels depicting scenes from the gospel.
  • ST. LUKE’S CHURCH (IGLESIA DE SAN LUCAS). 16th-century ogival architecture.
