The Most Excellent Town Council of El Real de la Jara continues to promote Iberian Pig Slaughter, defending the local ethnological heritage. This event will include all the tasks involved in this traditional activity, so firmly rooted in the municipality.
Grilled fresh meat and the traditional slaughter-day stew will be the main dishes served on this festive day. There will also be the chance to try Iberian meat delicacies and to be able to enjoy this celebration that brings together tradition and gastronomy.
