Casa Colón Conference Centre is one of Huelva's most emblematic monuments. It was opened in 1883 as Hotel Colón to celebrate the 4th anniversary of the Discovery of America. It is now the Casa Colón Conference Centre. The complex is formed by the old hotel rooms, three pavilions (Levante, Poniente and Casa Grande) and gardens.

The main pavilion is a modern building that houses the Conference Centre. It includes a large-capacity, multi-purpose room designed for any type of event.

The Levante pavilion features a library and the Municipal Archive, as well as two 240 m2 exhibition halls. The Poniente pavilion is formed by various meeting and seminar rooms. The Salón Rojo (Red Room) and the Salón Lila (Purple Room) are fully equipped, including simultaneous interpreting booths.

Finally, the Casa Grande hosts all of the building's cultural activities. It includes a function room and other support rooms for the Casa Colón Conference Centre.
