Our cuisine in Andalusia uses a wide variety of top quality raw materials: Traditional dishes, flavours, aromas and textures prepared and served by the best professionals. A chance to taste the excellent quality of the Mediterranean diet in its purest form.

Olive oil, wines from Jerez, Cordoba, Granada..., cured ham from Jabugo, Trevélez, Cordoba..., Gazpacho, "Ajoblanco" (chilled almond and garlic soup), "Migas" (fried breadcrumbs), Salmorejo (thick gazpacho with bread), "Pipirrana" (tomato and cucumber salad), Fried fish, White prawns, Shrimps, Bull's tail, Stuffed tuna, Game meat stew, traditional desserts...
