Where to golf

Most courses are located in areas near the sea, and offer other leisure alternatives in addition to the chance to play your favourite sport. However, courses in inland areas are often in uniquely beautiful spots, and you will find they have everything you need in the way of services, facilities, advice and other options for when you put your clubs away.

Precautions/Recommendations

It is essential that you accurately assess your level of expertise in this sport. Whether you are a beginner or already have a handicap, we recommend that you choose the course that is best suited to your skill as a golfer. Needless to say, the courses are governed by federation rules that require golfers to prove their level before being allowed to play. Therefore, don’t forget to have the appropriate documents at hand.

If you have decided to get started in this sport, check the details of each course for the availability of practice areas, equipment hire and instructors for lessons.

Equipment

If you have your own equipment, you can bring it; if you prefer not to, or if you do not have your own, all of the courses have shops where you can hire it.

If you decide to purchase new items, you can also find what you need: clubs, balls, tees, bags, clothing and shoes.
