Oven-Baked Rolls with Wine

Ingredientes
- 1/4 litre of white wine
- 1/2 litre of oil of the brand Oliva Virgen Extra Casa Alfonso (AOVE)
- Unground aniseed
- 100 grams of baking-soda (traditionally the “El Tigre” brand)
- Sweet anisette
- Cinnamon
- 1,050 kg. self-raising flour
- Sugar for sprinkling on finished rolls
