Located in the monumental city of Antequera, the Mesón Juan Manuel specialises in traditional home-cooking, and in vegetarian cuisine.

"Porra antequerana" (variety of gazpacho), Iberian breadcrumbs, tripe, pork cheek, stews and casseroles, grilled meats, tapas, fish and a selection of Iberian cold meats are the basis of the excellent and varied cuisine.

There is an excellent wine list.

Spacious terrace in a pedestrian and garden area, friendly atmosphere.

Monday and Tuesday, 1pm to midnight. Wednesday, 1pm to 12.30am. Thursday to Sunday, 1pm to midnight. From 15 September to June, closed on Tuesday.
