Fiesta de la Matanza en Ardales

In the typical festival revolving around the pig slaughter known as "la Matanza" in Ardales, some one thousand kilos of pork products are dished out, including sausages such as morcón, chorizos and black pudding, and other traditional dishes like stews and tripe.
At the same time, San Isidro square in the village is filled with numerous stalls where visitors can purchase other typical products from all over the area.
The festival concludes every year with musical performances during the evening.
