Peña Flamenca Baenense

The first general assembly was held on 28 August 1971. The minutes of this first assembly include the components of the First Directive.

The aim is to disseminate knowledge of flamenco.

Some of its most important activities are: the National "Saeta" Contest, Salmorejo Flamenco, Cocido de Reyes, Tribute to the Members' Wives, as well as the recitals that are held during the year and in the months when the aforementioned events are not taking place.

It currently has more than 250 members and it owns its headquarters, which is one of the best buildings in the area. The members built it themselves and put a lot of effort into it.
