Aceites Padilla

Aceites Padilla is in the Jaén town of Bailén, it comprises two separate production lines: an organic and a conventional one. The production system for its extra virgin olive oil follows the strictest traceability and quality controls.

Its facilities also include the most advanced technology and the most modern machinery that exists in the sector. The quality of its oils all starts in the countryside, with the olive groves being supervised and the olives cared for all year round, to thus obtain a healthy fruit, from which real olive juice can be extracted.

At Aceites Padilla, the oils are classified according to their quality and stored in the mill warehouse, in stainless steel vats that are made inert with nitrogen, to maintain all of their chemical and organoleptic properties, ready for packaging and sale.
