Centro de Interpretación del Aceite de Sierra Mágina

Since 2009 the Regulatory Council for the Aceites de Sierra Mágina Designation of Origin has had its headquarters in an avant-garde building, popularly known as the Bedmar “Guggenheim”, in the Sierra Mágina Nature Reserve, and which houses the Aceite de Sierra Mágina Visitor Centre.

The Aceite de Sierra Mágina Visitor Centre has an area dedicated to an exhibition entitled "From the Olive Grove to the Plate", consisting of an instructive tour of the cultivation of olive trees, the production of olive oil and its use in gastronomy. The facilities are also used for different activities and experiences for groups: educational tasting sessions to discover the values and types of olive oil, guided tours of the olive grove and the mills, miller's breakfasts…
