Geotourism route to discover the night sky of one of the most beautiful spots in the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Nature Reserve and Geopark: Arrecife de las Sirenas reef and Punta Baja.

This route, certified under the Nature Reserve Brand, begins at the Cabo de Gata Lighthouse and Arrecife de Las Sirenas reef, and continues along a coastal landscape of coves and cliffs.

On the route we will see how the flora and fauna have adapted to the semi-arid conditions of the ecosystem that surrounds us. As we wait for the sun to go down, we will stop at a very special place where the geology, human activity and waves have created a story that will surprise you.

The route ends with a stargazing activity to unveil the secrets of the universe, its constellations, mythology and more, under an immense starry sky.

Price

€14 per person. €8 for children under 10. Children under 3 years old: Free of charge. Minimum groups of 5 people. You'll need a torch or headtorch, hiking footwear and clothes that are suitable for the weather and a nighttime activity. Mosquito repellent for the evening (summer) recommended. Mat for stargazing. Something to eat at the end of the activity.
