Loft del Arte Tourist Accommodation

Loft del Arte Tourist Apartment is a 100 m2 loft in the historic centre of the city of Cadiz, a few metres from Plaza de San Antonio, where there is a public car park, and the Oratory of San Felipe Neri, one of the city's most important monuments, where the first Spanish Constitution was signed.

The accommodation is located on the third floor of a typical 18th century merchant house in Cadiz. The house has air conditioning and heating, induction hob, fridge, freezer, washer and dryer, and free WiFi. The facilities are fully renovated and have modern décor, and are flooded with sunlight. The apartment has a large bedroom, a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, a dressing room and a study and work area, a large living room and a kitchen, with a beautiful dining area. Our apartment offers all the modern comforts in a typical 18th-century Cadiz building. It is a wonderful way to explore the history of this 3,000-year-old city.

The building is in an excellent location, a few metres from Calle Ancha, one of the main shopping areas in Cadiz, right in the historic centre, a stone's throw from all the city's landmarks and a few metres from the Gran Teatro Falla and close to La Caleta Beach. San Antonio is the closest car park, only 150 metres away, but there are other car parks in the area, as well as taxis and a bus stop to get around the city easily. 

Cadiz city centre is full of small shops, bars and restaurants where you can spend your evenings.
