The Coop. Nuestra Señora de la Cabeza is outstanding for its commitment to respecting and preserving the environment. To this end the facilities include machinery for separating the olive stones to obtain another component: olive stones (organic fuel), used nowadays as a fuel for heating systems. This sub product is put to good use for their own self-sufficiency, as well as being sold to individual customers.
