The Señorío de Nevada Wine Cellar is located in the province of Granada in the district of Cónchar. It is a project that was created in 1996 with the intention of producing Andalusian Pago red wines of the highest quality and the unique quality of originating from a small strip of land at the extreme south of Europe: the Lecrín Valley, in the province of Granada. The estate already had a wine cellar and vineyards which were over 30 years old.

The Señorío de Nevada Wine Cellar covers 21 hectares and lies at the entrance to the Alpujarra at an altitude of slightly over 650 metres above sea level. Its slate, high mountain soil has great mineral content and enjoys a miraculous microclimate, an expression of the extraordinary combination of climatic factors proper to the mountains, the sea and especially to the three rivers that have created the area's curious geography, giving rise to changes in temperature ranging from a daytime 35ºC to 12 or 14 degrees at night during the months when the grapes are ripening. This is why the grape harvest has to wait until October, after a long period of gentle ripening, undisturbed by rain and with the benefits of radiant sunshine.

The Señorío de Nevada Wine Cellar offers a visit which includes a guided tour from the vineyards to the bottle through the places and processes used in the production of its wines. There is a sampling of the result of all the care which has been taken: the wine.

The Señorío de Nevada Wine Cellar also offers relaxing stays in its Hotel and so as not miss out on anything, it also has a Restaurant.
