Germán is the host of this experience. His family ran a famous Granada hotel in the 20th century from which he inherited both his exquisite treatment of guests and the best recipe book in Granada. With Germán, you´ll learn secret stories about the city, while you enjoy its authentic flavors. Meeting Germán and visiting his lovely home is a must-do while you are in Granada.
- Aperitif: Crudités with traditional creams: Fresh vegetables from the fertile plain of Granada to be garnished with Ajoblanco Cream, Salmorejo and Guacamole Nazarí)
- Starter: Tartar of "salchichón alpujarreño": A type of sausage made with lean pork and some bacon, seasoned with products from the area of Motril and Contraviesa.
- Main course: Cuttlefish and mollusc fideuá from the coast of Graná: A type of "paella" made with pasta with a taste of the sea (the pieces are fresh fish from our coast)
- Dessert: Toasted custard: Custard made in the traditional way. Family recipe from 1930, from his grandmother's hotel "Hotel Internacional", which was located in the current Plaza de Isabel La Católica.
- Drink: Water, beer, vermouth, soft drinks, white/red wine.
