No availability: November 16th, December 25th 2021, January 1st 2022 and any days the Alhambra and Generalife decide not to open for reasons beyond our control CANCELLATION POLICY The cancellation of a confirmed booking up to 48 hours before the visit, will incur a cost of 25€ per person due to the cost of tickets and management fees, as the monument does not issue refunds. No amount will be refunded if the cancellation occurs after 48 hours before the date of the visit. Note: Cicerone reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary if necessary, due to unforeseeable or unpreventable circumstances. Should circumstances beyond our control hinder in carrying out the visit in safe manners, we shall have the right to cancel. In case of cancellation by our end, the customer will be offered a full refund.
