Ntra. Sra. de la Cabeza

Nuestra Señora de la Cabeza is located in the Jaen town of Huesa; its the oils are extremely high quality, thanks to the efforts of the farmers in the countryside, who respect their surroundings, since we are in the Sierra de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Nature Reserve.

The terrain is rugged, and because of this the olives are gathered in the more traditional way, entirely by hand, which leads to a better quality of fruit.

The process of making the oil is carried out under strict quality controls, carried out by qualified staff and always under the supervision of technicians from the regulatory council that we belong to, Sierra de Cazorla.
