Bagá Restaurant is located right in the historical town centre of Jaén, and where the chef Pedro Sánchez will provide you with a sublime gastronomic experience.

His cuisine is simple but rich in flavours and textures, with a dynamic tasting menu that each week incorporates new, unique and occasionally unusual dishes which makes each visit to Bagá a unique and different experience.

Above all, Pedro loves where he is from and has always strived to give Jaén and its cuisine firmly a prominent place on the national gastronomic map. Bagá has become a dream come true for a truly humble chef.

Bagá is not conventional restaurant, it looks rather like a typical French bistro, it has a bar with four stools where you are in direct contact with the kitchen which can be seen from anywhere in the dining area. There are also three tables for a maximum of 15 diners.

The wine cellar is a treasure trove, with some of the best wines in Spain and Europe.
