Yeguada de la Cartuja - Hierro del Bocado
The old Fuente del Suero meadow houses the most important Spanish Carthusian horse reserve in the world. Nowadays, the Yeguada de la Cartuja - Hierro del Bocado stud, which belongs to the State Heritage Department, is located near the Cartuja de Jerez Monastery- In the 15th century, this monastery was a cornerstone for breeding Jerez horses.
