It is accessed through a large reception with 24-hour service, and the building has 3 lifts. All the rooms have a terrace, full bathroom with hair dryer, direct telephone, 22" LCD TV with digital and satellite, heating/air conditioning and safe.

It has a bar-cafeteria, social lounge, TV room and breakfast room with buffet. It also has a multi-purpose hall for all kinds of events. Hotel Soho Boutique Las Vegas also has a swimming pool and a garden on the promenade itself, being the only hotel in the city that has a beach and a swimming pool with a garden.
