Kelipé Flamenco Centre
Kelipé Flamenco Centre was created in 2002. Over the years it has been getting people interested in flamenco, expanding its offer in an educational centre (guitar, dance, percussion). This centre is located in an area of the historic centre that is known as the " Thyssen area" near the Carmen de Thyssen Museum in Malaga, a pedestrian area with easy access to different monuments and places of interest in the city.
Important flamenco figures have been to this centre and left their mark.
Flamenco is part of our culture, a legacy that has gone beyond our borders, and was designated Intangible Cultural Heritage on 16 November 2010 by UNESCO.
