The menu at this representative restaurant specialises in Andalusian cuisine, with many creative touches. Cod is one of its star dishes, cooked up to 17 different ways. Galician red meat, lamb from Segovia, fish from Malaga and grilled turbot are some of our specialities. And for the house dessert: micuit of Manchego cheese with bees' honey and pine nuts.
