Hotel Puente Romano
Hotel Puente Romano is located in the south of Spain, in the heart of the residential area between Marbella and Puerto Banús known as the Golden Mile, and 35 minutes from Málaga airport.
The focal point of the hotel and its social centre is the genuine Roman bridge from which it takes its name. This ancient bridge dates from the first century, and is a vestige of the Via Augusta, the Roman road which joined Rome with Cádiz. The hotel is built in the traditional Andalusian style.
It has 285 rooms, arranged in 27 small three-storey houses, with plenty of sun and surrounded by 55,000 m2 of subtropical gardens with fountains and waterfalls.
More than 400 different species of plants can be found in the spectacular grounds, many of them brought from different parts of the world by His Royal Highness Prince Alfonso de Hohenlohe, founder of the Puente Romano Hotel.
