As well as delicious meals, they also serve tapas. Jesús Mancho skilfully runs this restaurant which has its roots in Castilian cooking, and an inclination to haute cuisine.

It serves a combination of traditional recipes from central Spain and imaginative dishes from modern gastronomy. The roast meats are popular with customers; and a highlight of the menu is the sea bass on a bed of chopped mussels, juice of Dublin bay prawns and creamed garlic.

The restaurant has one of the most extensive and well-stocked wine cellars in the whole of Andalusia.

Monday to Saturday, 1pm to 4pm and 7.30pm to midnight.
