Bodega García Hidalgo

A family winery founded in 2006, García Hidalgo is located in a beautiful spot bathed by the Guadalcobacín river: El Llano de la Cruz, in Ronda. It has only two hectares of vineyards, which leads to a production that is small but of extraordinary quality.

At Bodegas García Hidalgo, the grape harvest is done manually and grapes are collected in small boxes to avoid pressure. Only the best grapes are selected and those which are at an excellent stage of ripening. The result is a strong, complex, aromatic wine that is full of nuances and very pleasant in the mouth, and this is highly acknowledged and accepted.

It offers tours of its vineyards — with a brief explanation of the crop — and of the winery. Optional tastings are available with specially selected tapas and/or suppers with the owners.
