Bodega Cortijo Los Aguilares

Bodega Cortijo Los Aguilares is 5 km from the city of Ronda, on an estate of 800 hectares made up of holm oak forests, where Iberian pork is raised, and cereal crops, olive trees… and vineyards.

At an altitude of over 900 metres and in unique surroundings, with the Sierra de las Nieves and Grazalema in the background, a very special microclimate is generated that encourages the production quality of its three plots of lime-clay soils.

On the 19 hectares of vineyards, integrated production takes place, which aims to get the maximum expression from the different varieties of grape grown at Bodega Cortijo Los Aguilares, in the most natural way. Ageing is performed in barrels of French oak, with the best cooperage and from no more than 3 wines. All in a room with temperature and humidity controlled in order to achieve the best wines.
