The chef and wine steward, Camila Ferraro and Robert Tetas, both with extensive experience in haute cuisine, have opened a new culinary venue in Seville. Camila has been the head chef in a number of Michelin-starred restaurants, both in Andalusia and Catalonia, and Robert acknowledged as the second best sommelier in Andalusia and Catalonia.

The Restaurante Sobretablas is located in the Porvenir neighbourhood in a building constructed in 1929 for the Ibero-American Exposition. The original layout and façade have been preserved, and there are different environments including lounges with private areas and a large terrace.

Sobretablas is ideal for celebrating lunches and dinners in a relaxed atmosphere, with a menu that aims to recover traditional cuisine with the addition of new flavours and preparations and it is renewed each season. A cuisine that is constantly developing and with great respect for the produce and new techniques, all accompanied by the finest wines.

Since it opened in October 2018, Sobretablas has been welcomed in the city of Seville as a new culinary experience and has been awarded a number of prizes and acknowledgments like "Best New Opening 2018" by Gurmé Sevilla, "Best chef in Seville in 2019" by Gastro Talent, a finalist in "Best Sommelier in Seville in 2019" by Gastro Talent, new Big Gurmand 2020 in the city by the Michelin guide, recommended by the Repsol guide and best revelation chef in Spain at Madrid Fusión.

From Tuesday to Saturday from 1:45 to 4 pm. and from 8:45 to 11 pm.
