In the very centre of Seville, close to the Plaza Alfalfa, the Restaurante Fargo prepares all its dishes and desserts with fresh, local, organic products. The European and modern cuisine covers a wide ethnic range: French, Italian, Latin American, Moroccan, Thai, vegan and vegetarian
The specialities of the Restaurante Fargo feature rice with prawns, magret of duck with apple sauce and the dish of the season. No less valued are the desserts, especially the White Russian, the Gourmet Coffee, the four mini candies or the white chocolate mousse with Bergamot orange.
The excellent wine list includes magnificent French and Andalusian wines.
Monday to Thursday, 8pm to 11.30pm. Friday to Sunday, 12.30pm to 4pm and 8pm to 11.30pm.
