Manolo Vázquez, through this restaurant, managed to take to Seville the essence of his charming town Matalascañas, with good ingredients, fabulous recipes and the excellent service. As if it were a fish market, Manolo serves the famous white Huelva prawns, king prawns baked in salt or grilled, sea snails, scarlet shrimps and lobsters, which he complements with oysters and scallops from the seas of Galicia.
