In Tarifa, El Rancho is an old Andalusian country estate converted into an inn, apartments and restaurant, in the traditional style of Tarifa.
El Rancho restaurant conserves the traditional recipes of their grandparents: Tarifa-style pork crackling, country-style asparagus, legs of lamb baked in a wood-burning oven, veal from home-bred calves. Recipes based on the natural products of this land and this sea.
Here you can enjoy traditional cuisine, hold all kinds of events (weddings, christenings, communions, group meals) — all in their spacious rooms with capacity for 350 people.
