Located in Alcalá de los Gazules, Quesería El Gazul produces organic goat's milk cheeses. Payoya goats which graze in complete freedom, receiving healthy, fresh and natural nourishment, consisting mainly of mastic, holly and wild olive.

These green pastures produce milk with such a special aroma and flavour. And this is passed on to the cheeses. Dense forests of cork oaks, waterfalls, streams, trails covered in bracken, peaceful meadows... the Los Alcornocales Nature Reserve is home to their flocks of goats.

Quesos El Gazul produces six different varieties of cheese so you can always enjoy your favourite: semi-cured, mature, with rosemary, olive oil, paprika and pork lard. Fresh cheese, cottage cheese and yoghurt, all carefully prepared so you can appreciate a range of smooth flavours and the light textures.

El Gazul opens its doors so you can discover its organic farm in these magnificent natural surroundings. For Quesería El Gazul animals are not machines or production units, but sensitive beings who share the world with us and it is our duty to respect and care for them.

Opening times: Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 7 pm Saturday and Sunday, 9.30am to 2pm. Book your visit to the estate by email or telephone.
