Asparagus Fair

The asparagus is part of the identity of Alcalá del Valle. In fact, it is considered a social product because of the employment generated by its growing, harvesting, processing in the plant and sale. Almost all of the municipality's production is exported.

It is, therefore, a healthy and profitable product in terms of employment. The aim of the fair is to promote its benefits, sharing the gastronomic possibilities of asparagus and stimulating local economic activity with the arrival of visitors.
