Starting at the foot of Cerro de la Cruz hill, the Tierras Altas del Caicena Trail offers a view over Caicena River as it follows the path through the Sierra de Albayate mountains.

From there you don't see just the river, but also the marks left by the Civil War trenches and the small shrine that is in the viewpoint of Cerro de la Cruz if you want to go through there, offering a spectacular view of the town.
