Located in the municipality of Arroyo de la Miel, Restaurante Alborada prepares typical Malaga cuisine in a cosy, friendly atmosphere.

Alborada is born from a dream, from the passion of Elisa for cooking and the obsession of Juan for feeding friends and clients well. Its daily challenge is to make traditional food based on their roots and on quality fresh produce from the local land and sea. Its speciality is cod, which is paid tribute to in the endless ways in which it is prepared.

Alborada holds periodic gastro-events focussing on vegetables and pulses.
