Saja River Restaurant, in the centre of Cadiz, is a gastronomic fusion between two lands on either side of the Atlantic.
Typical Cadiz food with an American style, a mixture of cultures, a different flavour.
Many of our creations bear the hallmark of the Josper charcoal oven.
