La Amedina de Cazorla is in the area belonging to the Jaén town of Cazorla. The mill is on a 19th-century estate, when the entire olive oil production process can be seen; the different ways to store the olive juice, from old clay cellars to an iron tank and up to the stainless steel vats used today.

La Almedina de Cazorla is a group of historic buildings known as the Palacio del Marqués de Foronda, which became an independent village. The site houses the palatial residence, and one old and one modern mill, where the extra virgin oil called Torreón de Nubla is produced.
