Located in Chipiona and inaugurated in 1969 as Bar Stop, Casa Juan Restaurant has evolved over time until positioning itself today as a referent of local cuisine.

Amongst its specialities are worth mentioning its Monkfish stew with Chipiona prawns and clams from the fish weir and Casa Juan style sea bass.
