Jamones Eíriz JABUGO is one of the oldest ham cellars, elaborating in an artisan way, in the natural park of Aracena and Picos de Aroche, 100% Iberian acorn-fed hams and cured meats.
We offering a slicing master class of our best product, the acorn fed 100% Iberian breed D.O.P JABUGO ham.
Our professional Master in slicing will explain all about the art of curving, the special tools and the procedure.
We will start and slice the whole ham during the tasting. What the participants don’t consume will be vacuum packed to take away.
DURATION of the tasting and master class: 4 hours
Imparted by a professional slicing Master
To end the activity we will give a book of the art of slicing and two aprons like a present.
Jamones Eiriz JABUGO proposes 3 different options:
- The tour only. Guide visit of our pastures and natural cellars followed by an exclusive tasting. 2,5 hours.
- The tour + the slicing Master class, 6 hours.
- The slicing master class only, 4 hours.
General information
The price of 79€ per person we indicate is for a group of 10 people. Independently of the number of participant the cost of the master class is 790€.
