Iberian pig tour in the Sierra de Huelva
Iberian Ham comes from the Iberian breed of pigs, highly regarded in Spanish gastronomy and acknowledged throughout the world.
The Iberian Pig is bred out in the open in wooded pastures where they eat acorns and which we will also be able to visit.
We will make a guided tour of the facilities in a ranch that produces this extraordinary delicacy and where you will learn all about the ageing and production of Iberian Ham.
You will also enjoy a stroll through the land around the ranch where you will learn all about the pigs and the breeding process and discover the natural environment that gives Iberian Ham such a special flavour.
Once the visit is over and you have learned all about the production process, you will then enjoy a tasting of Iberian Ham and finish with such a wonderful flavour.
