It is also complemented by the cultural richness of the peoples through which the itinerary runs. This experience, is planted with stages of between 20 to 30 km, from a comfortable Via Verde, the old road of the Olive oil Train.The gentle pedaling in the middle of nature allows you to visit villages that stand out for their history and beauty, with stately homes and medieval castles, with white white facades that offer corners with a special charm: Martos, Alcaudete , Luque, Zuheros, Doña Mencía, Cabra, Lucena the capitals of Jaén and Córdoba. This route discovers an Andalusia hidden for most travelers, with magnificent traces of its ancient history, its cultural heritage and the human legacy that gives us the traditions of the inhabitants of the territory. The landscape offers us a rich gastronomy, headed by the extra virgin olive oil.
