Located in El Puerto de Santa María and occupying an excellent, refurbished 17th century tide mill, the Restaurante Aponiente presents a sober scenario with a great culinary commitment, without pretensions, where the chef Ángel León, with 3 Michelin Stars, brings his vision of Cadiz to the table in a very personal and seafaring manner.
Aponiente serves creative, seasonal cuisine based on traditional Andalusian cuisine using excellent ingredients.
Aponiente does not have a standard menu, but presents two set menus for tasting with prices of 160€ per person (not including drinks) and 190€ per person (not including drinks).
