Visita a la Alpujarra desde Granada
We will start by heading south, where we will come to Lanjarón, the most important town in the Alpujarra.
The route continues through incredible countryside until we reach Pampaneira, one of the towns at the highest altitude in Spain and Europe. There we can enjoy magnificent views of the Valle de Poqueira, where you can take incredible photos to remember it by.
You will see traditional Alpujarra houses and roofs with typical chimneys and smoke vents. and it is here that you explanations will be given on this architecture and the way of life in this town.
The route continues towards Capileira, one of the most picturesque villages in the Alpujarra and all Andalusia.
We will go to the Visitor Centre where they will explain everything we will be seeing on this excursion.
Tour includes a visitor to a typical working house in the Alpujarra, or whey they make cheese or chocolates (depending on the time available) which will give you an idea of the way of life here.
