Caminando por la Sierra de Grazalema

Hiking through the privileged nature of the Sierra de Grazalema, between Cádiz and Málaga, three days traveling through rugged mountain ranges with unique forests in Europe, where we will discover the Pinsapo, a beautiful and unique tree of its kind in the world, descended from the central firs Europeans who came here in ice ages; but also and depending on the height and orientation, we will enjoy holm oaks, junipers, cork oaks, gall oaks or carob trees. In spring we will see gorse, thyme, lavender, blackthorn, rattles, bunnies, peonies, wild carnations, or the «Grazalema poppies» (an exclusive endemism of this park) in bloom. Walking along old trails, we will become familiar with the different mountain ranges from the Grazalema massif, such as Zafalgar, El Pinar, Endrinal ... and we will check some of its sinkholes and poljes, chasms and caves (where authentic underground rivers frequently circulate) .You will not leave Grazalema without tasting Payoyo cheese or honey from Natural Park.
