Cancellation: If you have to cancel the tour for reasons related to COVID-19 (travel impediments, infection ...) you will be reimbursed 100% of your reservation. For the rest of cancellations, our general cancellation policy applies: - Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour. - 50% refund for cancellations between 7 days and 2 days before the tour. - 0% refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or if they do not show up on the day of the tour. In case of cancellation by the operator (Andalucia Nature Trips) due to climatic impossibilities or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or a gift card to reschedule the activity for another day.
