It is the most important festival, both for tradition and antiquity, originally known as the "Cattle Market". It was first held in 1842, although it stopped displaying cattle in the mid-seventies. Beginning in 2000, the tradition started again, and once again the "Fair of Cattle and Horses" was held.
The fairground has a large number of marquees and attractions that bring life to this joyous celebration, which lasts from Wednesday to Sunday during all hours of the day.
It's located at the fairground Prado de la Feria, which is decked out to welcome thousands of visitors who enjoy the rich cuisine of the city.
The Municipal Marquee hosts activities for everyone during the Fair.
