Dmercao is located in Seville, a place for enjoying Mediterranean cuisine that is traditional, but like never before. A place for savouring unforgettable dishes and tapas, a place where you can feel at home.

Dmercao was established by the Seville-born chef Jorge Manfredi, to offer seasonal dishes, combining Mediterranean origins with exquisite Japanese cuisine. All of this is in the superb setting of the Plaza de San Lorenzo, where the Jesús del Gran Poder and the birthplace of Don Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer can be found.

At Dmercao you will not just enjoy a culinary offering that is different and unbeatable, you will also be able to taste from a carefully selected wine menu, which puts the spotlight on Andalusian wines without forgetting the other regions of Spain.

The chef constantly updates the menu to make sure that seasonal produce is always used.

Tuesday to Saturday, 1pm to 4pm and 8:30pm to midnight. Sunday, 1.30pm to 4.30pm. In summer (July and August), closed on Sundays and Mondays.
