Sol y Sombra
Sol y Sombra is in Seville, and opened in 1961. It's bullfighting themed tavern, in the traditional Triana neighbourhood. In the early years, it was run by José and Patrocinio, who offered their guests their homemade cuisine, their fish and shellfish and their exquisite meats from the Huelva Mountains.
Shortly after, the business moved to its current location in the same street, Calle Castilla, an old house dating back to 1861. After various extensions, it now has a large dining room and is run by Antonio and Rocio, the children of its founders.
