Located in the town of Torremolinos, next to Pinar de los Manantiales, it is easy to access the Molino del Inca Botanical Gardens, whether on foot or with your own vehicle. The space revolves around a replica of the Molino del Inca, an old flour mill which is part, together with other mills for different uses, of the memory and origins of the city and its springs, still in use, whose waters were used for the mill.

Refurbished in 2003 and with over 40,000 square metres, the Molino del Inca Botanical Gardens today offer a paradise for nature lovers and a quiet space with a thousand plant species that comprise an oasis: 150 varieties of palm trees, 300 trees and 400 shrubs that can be seen from various viewpoints. A dozen different birds coexist, some of them being the only ones in the country. Furthermore, the area has a unique Japanese Garden of 500 square metres, reproducing a rocky hillside of a garden with typical hills and lakes of the country of the rising sun (Tsukiyama).

The recovery of a hydraulic 17th-century flour mill has served to adapt the surroundings of the springs, genesis of the town: Inca and Albercón del Rey, the latter visited by King Alfonso XIII in 1926.
